Millions of Americans Offer Trump $90 to Resign
WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—In a proposal that experts called unprecedented, on Tuesday over twenty million Americans offered Donald J. Trump ninety dollars each to resign from office.
The Americans, all of whom recently received government checks in that amount, said they could think of “no better use” for those funds.
According to one White House source, Trump is “tempted” by the offer, since the total payment of two billion dollars would match his earnings over the past two years “but he wouldn’t have to hang out with Qataris to get it.”
Dozens of world leaders voiced their support for Trump leaving his job early, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who said, “He needs to pull a Zacharia.”
