Sandra Bullock Regrets ‘Practical Magic 2’ After Realizing She Could’ve Just Had Dinner With Nicole Kidman
BEVERLY HILLS, CA—Expressing regret over her decision to star in and produce the film Practical Magic 2, co-lead Sandra Bullock told reporters Friday that she should have just had dinner with Nicole Kidman. “Honestly, when the studio came to me and asked if I wanted to do a legacy sequel, I was so excited about the idea of catching up with Nicole, I signed the contract without even thinking,” said Bullock, who shook her head as she lamented the “weeks and weeks” wasted shooting and promoting the film when the two of them could have simply shared a leisurely evening in the back booth of a restaurant gossiping over cocktails and oysters instead. “I feel so silly. I have her number; I could have just shot her a quick text asking if she wanted me to get a reservation at Craig’s. People probably would have paid a shit-ton of money to see that too.” At press time, Bullock was kicking herself after hastily signing a contract to star in Miss Congeniality 3.
